Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how TableTemplates (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data on tabletemplates.com. Last updated: September 23, 2026.
What we collect
Email address (free downloads). Free templates download straight from the page. Joining our mailing list is a separate checkbox, unticked by default for visitors in Europe; if you leave it unticked, we don’t ask for your email and nothing is sent to us. If you tick it, your address is added to our mailing list, hosted by Brevo (our email service provider): new subscribers get a link back to the template, then a few emails over the next two weeks about related free templates and our paid templates. Reply to any of these emails to unsubscribe.
Order information (purchases). Paid templates are sold through Stripe payment pages. Stripe processes the payment and shares with us your email address, billing details and order details, so we can deliver the files, answer questions and issue refunds. We never see or store your full card details.
Abuse prevention. The download form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots, and we count requests per IP address to block automated sign-ups. These counters are deleted within 48 hours.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) for security and reliability purposes.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site (pages viewed, traffic source, approximate location). It sets first-party cookies for measurement. We use this data in aggregate only, to improve the site.
Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked first: Google Analytics sets no cookies unless you accept them, and you can change your answer at any time.
What we don’t do
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking. Stripe and Cloudflare may set cookies needed to run their own service (for example, fraud prevention on the checkout page).
How we use your data
To deliver the files you requested, send the emails described above, provide customer support, process refunds under our 14-day guarantee, and keep the download form free of abuse. Every email we send tells you how to unsubscribe: reply to it and we remove you from the list.
Data processors
Stripe (payments), Brevo (mailing list and email delivery), Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection on the download form), Google Analytics (site measurement) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only as needed to provide its service.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop all emails. Write to support@tabletemplates.com and we will act on your request within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA under GDPR or California under CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor them.
