This privacy policy describes how TableTemplates (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data on tabletemplates.com. Last updated: July 17, 2026.

What we collect

Email address. When you download a free template or buy a paid one, we ask for your email address to deliver the files and, if you opt in, send occasional product updates. Email collection and delivery are handled by Brevo, our email service provider.

Order information. Paid purchases are processed by our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy), which handles payment, billing details and applicable taxes. We never see or store your card details. We receive your email and order reference so we can provide support and refunds.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) for security and reliability purposes.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site (pages viewed, traffic source, approximate location). It sets first-party cookies for measurement. We use this data in aggregate only, to improve the site.

What we don’t do

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking. Our payment, email and analytics providers may set cookies strictly needed to provide their service (for example, keeping a checkout session open).

How we use your data

To deliver the files you requested, provide customer support, process refunds under our 14-day guarantee, and — only if you opted in — send product updates. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Data processors

Brevo (email delivery), Lemon Squeezy (payments, merchant of record), Google Analytics (site measurement) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only as needed to provide its service.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop all emails. Write to support@tabletemplates.com and we will act on your request within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA under GDPR or California under CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor them.
