One pipeline, weighted automatically
The Pipeline sheet lists every deal - name, stage, value, probability %, and lead source - up to 100 rows, with a weighted value (value x probability) calculating automatically for every deal.
Stage is a dropdown (Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won, Lost) and lead source is a dropdown too (Referral, Website, Cold outreach, Event, Partner), so every deal stays consistently categorized for the rollups below.
Open pipeline, weighted pipeline, and win rate
Open pipeline value and weighted open pipeline both exclude Won and Lost deals automatically, so your active-pipeline numbers reflect deals still in play - not inflated by deals already closed one way or the other.
Win rate only counts deals marked Won or Lost - a deal sitting in Proposal or Negotiation doesn't count against you yet, which keeps the win rate meaningful even mid-pipeline.
HubSpot's and Smartsheet's free CRM dashboards show pipeline totals and deal counts, but neither calculates a true win rate or separates open from closed pipeline value automatically the way this one does.

Can I use this CRM dashboard in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the downloaded file to Google Drive, then open it and choose File > Save as Google Sheets. All the rollup formulas keep working.
Does open pipeline value include Won and Lost deals?
No. Open pipeline value and weighted open pipeline both exclude Won and Lost deals automatically, so they reflect only deals still active.
How is win rate calculated?
Won deals divided by (Won plus Lost) deals - deals still open in earlier stages don't count toward it either way.
How many deals can I track?
