What's in the customer call log template
One tab, Call Log, holds up to 200 calls: date, customer name, call reason (a dropdown), duration in minutes, resolved status, whether a follow-up is required, and its due date.
Follow-up status calculates automatically: OVERDUE once the due date has passed, PENDING if it hasn't, and N/A whenever follow-up isn't required for that call - so a closed call is never mistaken for one still open.
The summary below the table rolls up total calls logged, calls by reason, overdue follow-ups, and average call duration.

Yes. It compares your due date to today's date and reads OVERDUE, PENDING or N/A depending on whether follow-up is required and whether the date has passed.
