What calculates automatically: tasks done and progress percent
As you mark each task's status Done, the summary counts tasks done and calculates a progress percentage for that customer's onboarding — you don't tally checkboxes by hand. It's a quick way to answer 'how far along is this customer' without reading every row.
Because the count and percentage recalculate the moment a status changes, the sheet stays accurate as tasks get completed out of order, which is normal in onboarding when some steps depend on the customer and others depend on your team.
