How conformity percent and the nonconformance register work
Overall conformity is conforming items divided by conforming plus non-conforming items (Observations are tracked separately and don't count either way). Conformity per clause runs the same calculation, but only for rows tagged with that exact clause.
The Nonconformance Register is a separate, linked tab: log each finding with its clause, root cause, corrective action, responsible person and due date. An open NC past its due date is flagged OVERDUE automatically - a closed one never is, no matter how old its due date.
Keep the seven prefilled clause labels exactly as they appear when you add more questions underneath each - the per-clause conformity formulas match on that exact text.

How is conformity percent per clause calculated?
Conforming rows tagged with that exact clause, divided by conforming plus non-conforming rows tagged with that clause. Observations are tracked but excluded from the percentage.
Does closing a nonconformance clear the overdue flag?
Yes. The Overdue flag on the Nonconformance Register only applies to items still marked Open - mark one Closed and it stops flagging, regardless of its due date.
What's the usage license?
