What's in the tryout evaluation form
The template is a single table with one row per player, so you can compare every candidate side by side instead of flipping through one-player-per-page forms.

How the composite score and rank calculate
The composite score weights hitting at 30%, fielding at 25%, throwing at 20%, speed at 15%, and pitching at 10%, calculating automatically the moment all the required scores are entered for a player.
Rank calculates from the composite score, so as you finish scoring more players, everyone's rank updates automatically - there's no separate step to sort the list yourself.
The top-12 cut line and adjusting the weights
The top 12 ranks highlight in green, giving you a visual provisional roster cut line straight from the composite scores - useful as a starting point for your final roster decision, not a substitute for it.
If your program weighs these skills differently, the composite formula is editable after unprotecting the sheet (password: tt), so you can adjust the weighting percentages to match how your staff actually evaluates players.
