What's in the account plan template

The workbook has three tabs. Account Info holds the account name, industry, owner, tier, contract value and renewal date, plus a live days-to-renewal count.

Contacts maps every stakeholder with their role - Economic buyer, Champion, Influencer, User, Blocker - along with email, phone and notes, so you always know who you're talking to and who might block a deal.

Goals & Actions is where objectives, whitespace/expansion opportunities and renewal actions live together, each with an owner, due date, status and priority - one linked file instead of Smartsheet's separate downloads for plan, mapping, and action-plan.

Below the Goals & Actions list, a health formula reads AT RISK the instant any action is marked Blocked - regardless of how many other actions are on track - because a single blocked action is exactly the kind of risk you want surfaced immediately, not averaged away.

With no blocked actions, it reads HEALTHY once 70% or more of actions are marked Done, and ON TRACK otherwise. None of the scraped competitors (Smartsheet, TemplateArchive, HubSpot) bundle an automatic health score into their flat account plan tables - you'd have to eyeball status columns yourself.
